ICON-2024.07 is here, featuring numerous enhancements just in time for mid-year

The ICON-2024.07 version includes essential bug fixes and substantial new developments across all areas (Atmosphere, Ocean, Land, ART).

Additionally, there are updates to the infrastructure, improved integration with current external libraries, and enhanced performance on GPU systems.
